Questions traders ask.
What do I need to send?
The 11 core items: market and timeframe, trading hours, bias, setup, entry trigger and price, stop, exit, limits, risk per trade, 2–3 example trades and your broker's costs. Rough notes are fine. We write them back as exact rules, and you confirm before anything runs.
How long does a test take?
Basic and Full tests: 3–5 days. System / Strategy Upgrade: 7–10 days. Prop-Firm Prep: your plan in 3–5 days, then support until your evaluation ends. The clock starts once your rules are confirmed and payment is in.
Will the test guarantee my strategy makes money?
No. A backtest shows how your rules behaved on past data, not what they will do next. That's why every report shows where the strategy breaks, not only where it works.
Do you give trade signals or manage money?
No. We test strategies and plan risk. You place every trade yourself.
Will you share or reuse my strategy?
No. Your rules stay private. We never share or reuse a client's strategy.
How do I pay?
Prices are in USD, and naira payments are accepted. Basic and Full tests are paid 100% upfront. Upgrades and Prop-Firm Prep are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
What if I don't like the result?
The honest verdict is the product, so there's no refund for a result you don't like. If we misread your confirmed rules, you get one free re-run. If we can't test your rules at all, you get a full refund.
What if my rules can't be tested?
Rules like "I enter when it feels right" can't be tested by a computer. We tell you before you pay, and help you make them exact. If that's not possible, we don't take the job.
